Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Lakshurious, every service, every gift and every hamper is custom-crafted with care, creativity, and love. Because each piece is made to order — often personalized and event-specific — we follow a transparent but firm cancellation policy.
❌ Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your service/ gift/ hamper order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as production and customization typically begin within this timeframe.
🔁 Modifications
- Changes to your hamper (items, quantity, personalization, delivery address, etc.) can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or as mutually decided and agreed upon in writing.
- For urgent changes after this window, reach out to us at weddings@lakshurious.com/ +91 9818832340— we’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee adjustments.
📦 Custom & Bulk Orders
- For wedding planning/ bulk/ event orders, cancellation terms will be shared in your quotation or booking contract.

Please note that customized hampers and gifts are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.
💸 Refunds
- If eligible for a refund (i.e., cancelled within the allowed window), the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- In case of a payment issue or delay, you may contact us directly at [email/phone].
- Time Sensitive & urgent orders are non refundable.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- We take great care in packaging, but if your hamper arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and video of package being opened.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or credit note at our discretion.
